About Café OLIVIA
Café OLIVIA is a chef-driven coffee shop and café in Downtown Dallas, serving healthy breakfast, lunch and weekend brunch at the Dallas Arts Tower on Ross Ave. We cook without seed oils, using only olive oil, avocado oil and butter, with organic produce, pasture-raised dairy and ingredients from local Texas purveyors. Every sauce and dressing is made from scratch.
Pair a craft coffee or ceremonial ICHUNDU matcha with breakfast before work, a nourishing lunch between meetings or a slow weekend brunch on the patio. Happy hour runs weekdays from 3 to 6 PM, and catering is available for offices and events across Dallas.

This café is incredibly cute and comfortable, with a true “stay awhile” vibe. They even encourage you to relax and linger, and the space is set up for it with tables, couches, high-top and low seating, plus outlets at nearly every seat. It’s a great spot for working, meeting friends, or simply hanging out. They have a full kitchen and bar. We ordered the Amalfi sandwich, which is similar to an Italian sandwich, and it was delicious with quality cuts of meat. It came with freshly fried sweet potato chips and a marinated carrot spear that was unexpectedly one of my favorite bites. My only real complaint was the price. One sandwich and two lemonades came to $30+, which was a bit steep. Still, the atmosphere is what makes this place shine. It has a great community feel, with people working, meeting, and relaxing throughout the day. I’d definitely recommend it.

★★★★★ One of the most aesthetic and well-executed cafés in DFW right now. Café Olivia delivers a full experience—beautiful ambiance, perfect music, great aroma, and a seamless indoor-outdoor vibe that makes you want to stay. Fresh ingredients, generous portions, and clean, well-balanced dishes build real trust with every visit. Coffee is good and enjoyable, though there’s still room to elevate it to a true specialty level. Very busy spot (for a reason), so service timing can improve during peak hours. Validated parking is a big plus and makes everything easier. Overall, a standout wellness café with a strong identity and consistent quality. Definitely worth visiting if you’re exploring the Dallas coffee scene.

The cafe Dallas didn’t know it needed I’ve been anxiously waiting for this opening! The food is amazing as well as the coffee/matcha. Not to mention the whole place is gorgeous, not a detail missed. Whether you need a quick pick me up, a bite to eat or a place to get some work done, this is the spot to visit!

Saw Cafe Olivia trending on social media and wanted to give it a try!! Spoiler: it's sooo worth the hype! The cafe is located inside the Dallas Arts Tower. I went during lunch, and it was pretty busy. There are several company offices in the building, so expect a crowd of corporate professionals during the workday. Despite the rush, service was impressively fast. I'm totally obsessed with the dinnerware and custom drinkware. Everything feels so thoughtfully curated. The food and drinks are definitely instagram-worthy but they also genuinely taste amazing as they look. I ordered the Butcher's Cut. The steak was tender and super flavorful, the crispy potatoes were divine, and the sauce tied everything together perfectly. I need that sauce recipe because I want to dip it in everything. I also loved the Fig & Rose latte. The flavors and sweetness were beautifully balanced without overpowering the espresso. Overall, I'd 100% come back. In my experience, sometimes, aesthetic cafes nail the visuals but don't always deliver on flavor, but that's absolutely not the case here. Everything about my experience was phenomenal. Definitely give them a visit!
